We are currently looking for an experienced sous chef to complete the brigade at this busy Dorset restaurant. Serving the best British seasonal local fish and seafood available, this is a great opportunity to work with one of Britain's leading chefs.

If you have two years previous experience in a sous role and a good knowledge of British food we would like to hear from you.

The right candidate will have enthusiasm, drive and a passion for British fish and seafood, thriving under pressure in a busy environment. Previous experience in a sous role is essential.

Good rates of pay, 28 days holiday, bike to work scheme and staff food offered.
