The Estate is classified as a conservation area and the landscaped parkland is contained within tree belts which provide the perimeter to the estate on three sides.

In addition there are numerous cottages and converted farm buildings now forming an exclusive and private Victorian village nestling in a wonderful parkland setting. The fields are used for grazing and arable farming.
