Mark Hix's Kitchen Table Demonstration at Mark's home, Dorset

Join Mark in the kitchen at his Charmouth home for an intimate cooking experience. Every month Mark hosts an open cooking demonstration where he will demonstrate and cook a stunning array of dishes based on the best of the season's ingredients. Mark cooks the dishes, which are served as part of a four course lunch with wines to match each course.

With plenty of time to chat to Mark while he creates a British seasonal feast in front of your eyes Hix's Kitchen Table is a culinary experience to savour. Classes run from 11.30am till 2.30pm and cost £175 per person which includes a signed copy of Mark's new cookbook, HIX Oyster & Chop House. Places are limited to 8 people per course and bookings must be made in advance.
